Our complex is located in an area of 8,000m2, from the regional road to the beach of Elafonisos, just 80m from it, and consists of two independent three-storied buildings. In the first building there are five independent apartments. in the ground floor of the second building there are the reception area and a bar, while there are also 7 more apartments. In the complex there has been a special architectural study for the use of natural air-conditioning, which is also the healthiest one, while all apartments also have electric air-conditioning. Finally, there is a parking lot and also a playground for the children. |

The apartments CAPARI are located 500m away from the town of Elafonisos, 600m from the harbour, 3km from the beach Panagia and 4km from the famous beach of Simos. It is located right on the street that connects the town and the beach of Panagia. There is easy access during rush season, because there are routes from and to Elafonisos every hour. The distance from Neapoli is 12km, from Sparta 135km, from Githeio 90km, and from Athens 325km. There is a big market for those who want to do their shopping, while there are many fish-taverns with first-rate fish, ouzo selling restaurants, bars and cafeterias. |
