The THEMISTO hotel is situated in Nikoleika a wonderful area which combines mountain and sea , it is 5minutes from the city of Egio and 10minutes from Diakofto. This drive will give the visitor unique images from the beauties of the place. The closest beach is just 2 minutes from the hotel, the enchanting beach of Nikoleika, which looks like a small bay. However, other closest beaches are Rodia and Eleonas as well as the beach of Diakofto. In the surrounding areas the visitor can admire, between others, Eliki which presents special archaeological interest since ancient Eliki was destroyed by a big earthquake and today are discovered archaeological finds, of great merit. The location of the hotel allows the visit to Diakofto which is provided with the famous train Odontoto, which travels to the suffering area of Kalavrita (30km). In Kalavrita there is the ski resort Helmos which offers to the skiers deep emotions during Winter. Also the hotel is open all the year round, so as the visitor could look for the beauties of the area. Panagia, Tripiti, Big Cave, Limnon Caves, the monastery of Taxiarches, Agia Lavra, are some of the sights the area offers. The THEMISTO hotel was named after the priestess of Elikonio Poseidon whose name was Themisto. Elikonios Poseidon was worshiped by the locals, in the city of the ancient Eliki. The hotel combines in a special way, the quietness and peacefulness, with the beauty of the nature which unfolds all over the hotel.
