The apartments - maisonettes IRIDES are located at the green Megalochori of Aggistri, at a distance of just 100m away from the pebble beach Laza. There are 5 maisonettes, a two-bedroom apartment and a studio. The maisonettes have wooden loft where the bedrooms and the stairs are found. At the main room there are the kitchen and the lounge.

All the apartments are equipped with air conditioning, television, heating, hairdryer, fully equipped kitchen and fridge refrigerator. The apartments-maisonettes are luxurious with modern wooden decoration, while the balconies are big with amazing view of the sea.
Description - Location, Distances
Aggistri is a small green island in the gulf Saronikos with clean seas. It is located just 20 naval miles south of Athens and about 5 miles away from the island of Egina. There is regular connection with the harbour of Piraeus - just 55 minutes by catamaran or 2 hours by ferry boat. There is also the possibility for daily excursions to the rest of the islands of Saronikos.
