VILLA HACIENTA is located at an area of 5000m2 on the road Ammouliani - Aliki, one of the most beautiful beaches of the island. It is built with stone and wood and it consists of big garden, parking lot, big one-room and two-room apartments that can accommodate a total of 30 persons.

The apartments are completely equipped with modern furniture and they offer television, air conditioning, small oven, mini bar, refrigerator and lounge at the veranda so that you can enjoy your afternoons.

Guesthouse HACIENTA is located 400m away from the beach of Ammouliani. You can reach Ammouliani from Ouranoupoli with a small boat that offers daily frequent routes. It is hardly 4.5km big and famous for its beautiful beaches like Aliki, Ai Giorgis, Megali Ammos, Karagatsia, Faka, Karnagio, and Kalopigado. It is 125km away from Thessaloniki. There is the possibility of excursions with a small boat to Mount Athos, to Sithonia (Pirgadikia - Agios Nikolaos – Vourvourou, Sarti - Marmaras), to the 5 islands Drenia with stops for swimming and eating. In Nea Roda of Chalkidiki you can visit the canal of Xerxes, Ancient Stagira and Akanthos. Finally, in Ammouliani you will enjoy plenty of fresh fish while you can have fun in the bars and cafeterias.
