The Tourist residences MARILIA are new residences built from stone and timber, constituted by 3 buildings which allocate 6 four-bedded two-room apartments and 4 single spaced three-bedded apartments. The one three-bedded can entertain also persons with special needs. In the group also exists independent space in which between 8-11 breakfast is offered and then can function also as cafeteria. Finally it allocates parking.

Each apartment includes bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, lounge, television with DVD and fireplace, while in the kitchen there is a couch which has mechanism that changes into bed.

The tourist residences MARILIA are located in the foot of Karaflo Mountain, in the altitude of 830m at the end of Volakas village. Drama is 36klm far, Nevrokopi 24klm and the beautiful Cavern of Maara 20km. Hardly 12km is the Karaflo ski centre. Following the road from the hotel, a 13km way in the mountain, with environment full of rich vegetation, you can reach the river Nestos and in the village of Potamos. Another way, 7km, leads to the place Bartitseva, important and beautiful biotope where you can enjoy the splendid view while the way before the Bartitseva leads to the Livadero and to the axis of Drama – Dasos Elatias. This way constitutes a real ordeal for drivers and adorers of the adventure.
