Tourist residences in the forest near the Karpenisiotis River. There are studios of one or two rooms, comfortable, tasteful, with amazing view. In a verdurous surrounding area there are a small pond, a privately owned playground, a barbeque and a spacious parking lot. The area offers itself for hiking in the forest or by the river to the nearby villages, and also for mountain biking, mountain climbing, jeep safari, skiing, rafting and canoeing, depending on the season.

All residences are independent with separate doorways and big veranda. They are provided with full furnishing, bedroom, living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, television, fireplace and separate heating. Some of them are also provided with private water-massage.

The complex is located in the Potamia Voutirou area (7km away from Karpenisi) on the county road to Megalo Chorio (Big Village). It is built in the traditional way, with all the comforts of our days.
