Melina’s Doll House is a newly made three-storied stone hotel, in the entry of Kipi Zagoriou village. The Objective of the Derva family was the combination of the strictly traditional Zagorian specifications with the comfort and the luxury of modern lodging. Breakfast room with fireplace can be found, in which butter, honey, cake, house-made jams, variety of cold meat, milk, yoghurt and eggs are served.

The exceptional fretwork ceilings, the hand made lightings from bronze and blown glass, the painted fireplaces with the also painted internal surfaces of walls are combined harmoniously with the exceptional quality of furnishing, the impressive alternation of colorations in the spaces, and the modern bathrooms with hydro massage and Jacuzzi.

Zagori is constituted by thirty-eight villages divided in central, eastern and western. One of them is the Kipi village, which geographically belongs to the central Zagori and constitutes perhaps the most central village of Zagori, ideal place to start a tour, since it is surrounded by fifteen other villages in near distance. It is located 38km from Ioannina, while it is the unique village of Zagori that is built amphitheatrically in hill side, giving the possibility to the visitor to embrace its special beauty at a glance. From the guest house you can visit Tritokso bridge, Mylos bridge, Kokori bridge, Petsoni bridge, Agapios Tolis’ Folklore Museum (50.000 exhibits), the villages Koukouli, Dilofo, Kapesovo, Tsepelovo, Negades and more.
