At the entrance of the town of Monemvasia, with a view of the sea and the rock, there is the guesthouse BALKONI STI MONEMVASIA. It is a two-storied building that has rooms that accommodate 2-4 persons in the first floor.

There are 8 recently fully renovated (summer of 2007) rooms that were designed so as to provide the visitor with a comfortable and pleasant stay. All rooms offer parking lot, air conditioning, heating, TV, small oven, refrigerator and balcony with a view of the sea and the rock of Monemvasia or the peaceful vacant site. BALKONI STI MONEMVASIA is located 50m away from 2 beautiful beaches and 200m from both the town centre and the bridge that links Monemvasia with the rock of the castle.

Apart from the beautiful town of Monemvasia and the Castle-town of the rock, which is a world famous and uniquely beautiful site, the visitor can also enjoy short campaigns to the mountainous villages that are located outside the town, visit the harbour of Gerakas that is located 20km away from Monemvasia, Neapoli in a distance of 40km, the beautiful nearby beaches and taste traditional delicacies at the small taverns that are located both outside and inside the Castle.
