The KATIKIES apartments-studios are composed of 6-8 authentic residences of Leros, faithful in popular architectural tradition of Leros but in a special personal character each one of them. They are surrounded by a field full of greenery, olive-trees and vineyards. The group is in a blind alley, parallel to the main street which stops exactly in front of the group.

Double bedrooms: With one Room, floor made of Patmos handmade tiles or Leros stone. Ceilings of wicker-work. Double beds made of stone or wood. All of the furniture of the studios are made of stone. There is also a second small room which is connected to the kitchen, fully equipped (refrigerator e.c.t) with marble island seats. The bathroom is also build-up and the bathtub. Outside: Vine arbour, build-up table and seats. Private entrance for each one of the studios. Three-bed rooms: Everything is the same as the double bedrooms except that there is an additional build-up bed. Four-bed rooms: The bedroom is the same as the double bedroom. There is a kitchen and a small stone dinner-table. There is a third room with two single build-up beds. Everything else is the same as the double and three-bed rooms. Big house: For 4-6 persons. 50m from the group there is a 200 years old two-floor residence. Upstairs: It is composed of 2 bedrooms. Ground floor: Kitchen and two living-rooms with fireplaces and a bathroom. Courtyard of Leros stone with a traditional oven. In the same courtyard there is a guest house, of one bedroom with bathroom.

KATIKIES are situated in a blind alley. They are 250m from Lakki town, 300m from the port of Lakki and 300m from the super-market, restaurants and shops. Vromolithos: (Shingly beach). Many restaurants-ouzeri, 800m from the group. Kuluki: 800m from the group (restaurant-sandy beach). Merikia: 1km from the group (singly beach) Leros joins daily with Kalimnos, Patmos, Ko and Rodos by ship line. You can also travel daily by flying dolphins to Samos, Furni, Ikaria, Lipsi, Simi and Nisiros.
