Set in a peaceful location overlooking a superb pebbly beach and a beautiful sea vista, the Sunrises Villas offer well furnished and spacious houses and apartments. Most are renovated old houses kept with their traditional feeling intact.
All the houses are surrounded by gorgeous gardens equipped with beautiful BBQs and nice outdoor dining areas. They all feature spacious verandas and balconies, direct access to the sea (using a boat for basic transportation is very easy also) and private parking.
Inside the apartments the local color is prominent. Most of the apartments have fireplaces, many have two bathrooms, and there is at least one tv set in each.
Villa Gardenia and Studios A and B sit along the beautiful shoreline above the sea. The main accommodation, next to the two studios, was built to accommodate 8-10 people and is ideal for whoever wants a holiday with family or friends and desires conveniently close, yet private, lodgings.

The Villa Gardenia (sleeps 4-- holds extra beds upon request) is a large apartment with all comforts, including a large covered veranda where one can enjoy the panoramic view from Corfu to the shore of mainland Ipirus. The house has a kitchen and dining room divided by a counter-bar, a separate living room that can be closed off and used as an extra bedroom, one double bedroom and one bedroom with two twin beds.
From the Villa, you can easily stroll down a short path to a beautiful swimming area, and the charming main village of Gaios is just a 15 minute walk away.

Gardenia Studio A (sleeps two, with an extra bed available). Next to Villa Gardenia, Studio A is situated in a lush garden filled with olives and roses. A two-room studio with a double room with shower, it can accommodate 2-3 people. From the balcony one sees the garden and can relax and enjoy a view of the unparalleled blue Ionian sea.

Gardenia Studio B (sleeps two, with an extra bed available). Studio B is charming and refreshingly cool, even on hot days. The studio is in the same compound as Studio A.
Like Studio A, Studio B is a two-room studio with a double room with shower and can accommodate 2-3 people.

All three accommodations offer air conditioning, television, large windows, generous verandas or balconies, decks for sunbathing, and gardens. Our guests can use the outside barbeque and convenient parking lot. In a private stretch of land full of olive trees and flowers, one finds the two story Pelagos Villa, which consists of one apartment on each level. The villa is designed and furnished in an airy, light Mediterranean style, and is just a two minute walk from a secluded swimming spot with flat rocks sloping into the sea, ideal for sunbathing and for easy access to the crystal clear Ionian Sea.

Pelagos A (sleeps 4, with extra beds available upon request). The apartment A, located on the upper floor, is furnished for complete comfort, offering an open plan living-dining room and kitchen area. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and bath and one with two single beds, as well as a second bathroom. From the veranda, you can enjoy the sea view from Corfu to the coast of Ipirus.

Pelagos B (sleeps 4). The apartment B is located on the ground floor in front of a large patio surrounded by olive trees and flowers. It includes a spacious outdoor dining area where you can enjoy your breakfast in the shade of the trees, with the relaxing view of the sea. This apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. This apartment is the ideal solution for a family with small children.

Both apartments include air conditioning, television, large windows, a spacious veranda or garden, and a parking area. The Villa and Studios A and B in the Thalassa Group are located just steps from the sea and feature the traditional architectural style of the island. They present the ideal solution if you desire peace and quiet, and can hold 8-10 people all together.

The Villa Thalassa (accommodates 4 -extra beds available upon request) is a large apartment with every comfort, including an open plan living-dining room and kitchen. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and bath and one with two single beds, as well as a second bathroom. The apartment is surrounded by a large garden full of flowers. If you want to enjoy a swim or sunbathing, the sea is only a few steps below.

Thalassa Studio A (accommodates 2 - extra beds available on request) . The independent Studio A is next to Villa Thalassa in a lush garden, and offers an open plan living-dining and kitchen area, divided by a counter-bar, and a double bedroom and bath.

Thalassa Studio B (accommodates 2 - extra beds available on request). This studio has a large veranda just overlooking the sea. It offers a double bedroom and an open plan living room and kitchen, fully furnished to comfortably accommodate two people.

All three apartments include air conditioning, television, large windows and spacious verandas or balconies. The guests can use the outside barbeque area and there is a convenient parking area
