It is a three-floor, traditional, island building with elevator, comfortable, luxurious apartments and studios. The apartments are provided with hydro massage, big garden, swimming-pool, jewellers trade, pool bar where you can be served your breakfast, Greek specialities, snacks, local wine drawn from the wood, and cocktails. The hotel is provided with parking-lot, washing machine and watching over children after request as well as call for a doctor when he is needed.

The apartments and the studios are comfortable, big, and luxurious with private veranda, air-condition, TV, kitchen, refrigerator with all relatively to it, douche/WC telephone, save. The apartments are provided with hydro massage, wooden furnishing, dinner table, and dressing table. All of them are viewing the sea.

The hotel is situated in a quiet area 1km from the port or 10min on foot from the centre of Poros. In 200m there is the biggest sandy beach with shallow, crystal-clear waters. It is surrounded by a garden with fruit-bearing. It is 1 hour by flying dolphins from Pireas as well as from land from Peloponnisos and Galata 3 hours away. You have availability of many daily excursions such as Idra, Egina, Spetses and Angistri and from land Nafplio, Epidavro, Mikines. There is also a big and very remarkable museum, the famous Lemonodasos that its sea is offered for sea sports such as surfing, ski, rowing e.c.t, the monastery of Zoodochos Pigi, miraculous religious paintings, hero tombs e.c.t. At Trizina the palace of Thiseas and many others of medieval years.
