The GUESTHOUSE ZEIDORON is a newly built two-storied building with tile roof and wooden fourouzia, wooden pergola and parking lot. In the ground floor there are bar and cafeteria where ice creams, pizzas, pastas, salads and cold dishes are served.

In the guesthouse there are 4 independent rooms and communal lounge and kitchen for the convenience of our customers. Our rooms are comfortable, with heavy wooden furnishing, beautiful colours and they are all provided with air conditioning, television, bathroom, hot water all day long and heating. Two of them have balcony with a view of the lake Kerkini in the northern side. There is the forest with rare birds, like silver coloured pelicans, cranes, flamingos, storks, rare eagles, as well as a lot of other species of birds, but also animals, like Asiatic water buffalos, as well as 1200 species of animals.

The region Mandraki is located between the village of Kerkini and Sidirokastro. It is 120km away from Thessaloniki, 60km from Serres, 35km from Loutra (Baths) and from the Hamam (Vapour Baths) Aggistrou, and 20km from Sidirokastro. In our lake there is the possibility of alternative forms of tourism, like canoeing, jeep touring, riding, archery, hiking, conducted tours in the water-biotope, in the water lily area, and there is also the possibility of making tours with small ships in the lake. In the area there are small taverns where you will taste the fishes of the lake and the meat of buffalos that lives in the lake. In a distance of 35km you can visit Loutra, the Hamam Aggistrou, which is an unusual experience and enjoyment, and the Loutra of Sidirokastro. You can go to the river Strimonas, the fortress Roupel, the aquarium of Vyroneia, the second one after Rodon, and the Commercial Centre in Promachonas PROKOM.
