New, three-storeyed building built just the July 2003 with tiled-roofs, wooden dressing of the balconies and verandas. It i composed of 6 single-room apartments, three double-room apartments and two double room attics in an area of 2000m2 with garden, barbeque and parking-lot.

The 6 single-room apartments have modern, wooden furnishing, a fully equipped kitchen, with oven, refrigerator, air-condition, TV. All of them have veranda, bathroom, hot water 24 hours a day. The double-room apartments are two attics with wooden, ceiling dressing and two-storeyed apartments. The one double-room apartment on the first floor, is also provided with fireplace. On the ground floor there are double-room apartments for 4 persons each one of them.

A bright green village surrounded by olive trees and pine-trees, with the island complex of Liaporos, where there are countless small, fantastic beaches, with the Colombian emerald colour of the sea. It is situated in the east side of Sithonia. It is 140km from Thessaloniki. Because of the fact that it is on the middle foot of Chalkidiki it is offered for one-day excursions around Chalkidiki and to the Mount Athos. We are close to the well known beach: Kavourotripa and the Armenisti beach. The mountain Karvounos wich is behind us you can make walks, and special routes 4x4 at the areas: Askoumia and Dragouneli, where you can enjoy the view of the area.
