DAPHNES villas and apartments are found within the boundaries of the National Marine Park of Zakynthos, just above Porto Roma Beach on the Vasilikos peninsula. They are located in a sizable olive grove set back from the road. Beautiful landscaped gardens surround the buildings emphasizing the over all atmosphere of peace and quiet. The buildings are designed in the traditional Zakynthian vernacular architecture of exposed beams, large private verandahs and tiled roofs.
Activities: walking, cycling, horseback riding, scuba diving, snorkeling, boat trips, beach volley, pottery courses, day trips to Olympia and Cephalonia.
Amenities: parking, barbecue, garden, car, bike and moped rental, maid service, linen provided, laundry service, fans.

The villas at DAPHNES sleep up to 7 people and are perfect for larger families, a group of friends or a couple looking for complete privacy.Bedrooms are spacious, kitchens fully equipped and there are pleasant comfortable sitting areas.
The apartments accomodate 2 to 4 people with space for an extra bed. Bedrooms have twin or double beds, and either ceiling or floor fans. Bathrooms have shower and wc.The kitchenettes are equipped with electric 2 ring cookers, kettle and fridge, suitable for light catering.The large furnished verandahs make lovely dining and living areas.

Zakynthos Town is 15 kms away and the nearest resort, Argassi, is 12 kms. The Airport is 20 kms away.
Vasilikos peninsula is one of the most tranquil areas of Zakynthos. However it caters to many tastes. Within walking distance there is a wide variety of tavernas, coffee shops, and mini markets. Vasilikos also has a horseback riding centre, a pottery, a water sports centre, plus a nature information centre which offers activities.The penisula has beautiful paths for walking over the pine forested hills and through farmland. Vasilikos has the best beaches of the island. Many are gently sloping, sandy, and well protected from the wind, which makes them ideal for children.
Porto Roma Beach is a 100 meters from DAPHNES, and Gerakas Beach, the closest turtle nesting beach, is a 20 minute walk away. The local bus stops right outside Daphnes and taxis are inexpensive and plentiful.
