1) A hospice composed of 20 rooms, that can accommodate 40-60 persons
2) Houses independent with each other, that can accommodate about 50 persons.
The houses are wooden, in Finnish style, both of them have a big lounge with fireplaces and TV. The hotel welcomes in its lounge about 200 persons. The lounge of the houses is for 60 persons. There also are open-air areas.

Description - Rooms, Apartments
The rooms of the hospice are built and they are provided with TV, air-condition, as well as central heating, hot water all day long, parking-lot and reception. The houses wooden, lonely independent with each other and traditional. They are provided with refrigerator, kitchen and autonomous heating.
Description - Location, Distances
The area is of Katratzides, a recreation ground of the forest inspection (there are football, basketball, volleyball courts, play ground, a small zoo with lakes). In the same area there is a restaurant of the woman’s association, with the traditional, delicious pies.
