On the Vasileos Georgiu street 200, in the beautiful Sufli, is situated the SIROTROFIO hotel. Built late in the 19th century, made up one of the most important doll-house (silkworm-factory) in the area. Today the building is formed as a hotel without any changes in its architectural structure. Its about a three storied building built of optoplinthadomi, which is distinguished for its construction, its plain form, the traditional line and its foresight position in the city. According to the decision of the characterisation, it composes one of the most uncommon patterns of a special building, with important architectural and morphological elements which reveal not only the commerce-handicraft welfare but also the specialised architecture of the city of Sufli.

The SIROTROFIO hotel is composed of 10 rooms and 23 beds. It is provided with one three-bed suite with two rooms, 4 three-bed rooms and 4 double bedrooms all with TV, refrigerator and minibar. On the ground floor there is drawing-room with reception, bar and a store with local traditional products. The attic is offered for breakfast-lounge. On the east side of the building there is a yard for strolls and relaxation, as well as parking-lot.

The visitor who accommodates in our hotel can visit and meet, except of Sufli the forest of Dadia (with rare kinds of birds), our two monasteries, (in Dadia and Kornofolia), the picturesque pomakochoria (with the Muslim monastery of Rusa), the big-stone graves and the rock-writings, the Byzantine Wall of Didimoticho, the castle in Pithio, the Delta of Evros, the Virgin Mary in Feres, and many more sights of the area.
