As to your outings, a nearby excursion to the old country church of the village next to the waterfall or the crayfish fishing in the limpid waters of the river will give you the feeling of absolute freedom. The 3-5 Pigadia ski resort, the grove of Agios Nikolaos (Saint Nicolas), the school of Aristotle, the Macedonian tombs, Vergina, the Waterfalls of Edessa et al are also located very near.
