The ‘’ MARGIANOU APARTMENTS” are a two-storeyed, traditional building. It consists of four (4) separate furnished flats of 40 m2 each, and can be accommodated in each, about 2 – 4 people. The whole estate provides (free) parking , outdoor shower , and a garden with barbeque. All the balconies have a view to the sea , from which , they are about 400m far.

They make up the ideal destination for those , who yearn for a quiet, family surrounding.

Each one with separate Bedroom (with wardrobe, 1 semi-double bed and 1 single bed). Living/dining room (with 1 single sofa bed & extra rollaway single bed), TV , A/C, Wi-Fi, Fireplace and well equipped open-plan kitchen (with Refrigerator, Electr.Oven,Plates,Glasses,Coffee Maker,Cooking Utensils). Private shower / WC with weater heater and balcony with seaview.

Kalamos is a very pretty and peaceful coastal resort, where you can enjoy the lovely local beach.

Apartments are perfectly located, providing you with an ideal base from which you can head off and explore some of the other famous and popular villages all across the Pelion peninsula. Apartments are located on the North-West site of the Pelion Peninsula, 400m from the sandy beach of Kalamos, staring at the Pagasitic Gulf.

The nearest village is Argalasti, which is 6km from the Apartments.

The nearest city is Volos, which is 40km from Argalasti.

Volos is the capital city of this region. It was built at the foot of the mountain of Pelion, it is 70km from Airport (VOL) , 325km from Athens and 220km from Thessaloniki.
