In the traditional settlement Agios Athanasios, which was founded in the late 16th century, there is the hotel METOHI INN, in an old recently renovated mansion and under new management, so as to offer the visitors all modern comforts, in a natural traditional environment. In its communal spaces there is a living room with fireplace (70m2) that offers its warmth for breakfast, snack, coffee and drink.

The hotel offers two-bedded rooms, four-bedded rooms and 2 two-room suites with fireplace. One room has fireplace and water massage. All rooms are decorated according to the character of the region and with particular emphasis on the colour of the landscape.

The fascinating region, at the foot of Mount Voras, just over the lake Vegoritis among forested areas of unique natural beauty, makes Agios Athanasios a first class starting point for mountaineering adventures, walks and climbs in the surrounding region, in paths with special labelling. The ski resort Kaimak Tsalan (Voras) is located 16km away from the hotel. METOHI INN is a place of ideal stay in winter and summertime that provides the nature fans with a starting point for tours and explorations to the natural beauties of the region.
