In the traditional settlement of Palios Agios Athanassios, in Kaimaktsalan, in an area of 1000m2 there is the traditional GUESTHOUSE PIPERITSA. In one of the two-room apartments there is a lounge with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and refrigerator. The first suite is also equipped with water massage, the second one with individual sauna, the third one with sauna-Turkish bath, and the fourth one with water massage bathtub. Palios Agios Athanassios is located 30km away from Edessa, 120km from Thessaloniki, 15km from the Ski Resort of Kaimaktsalan, 70km from the Ski Resort of Vigla of Florina, 140km from Vasilitsa. Starting from GUESTHOUSE PIPERITSA you can visit the lake Vegoritis that is located in a distance of just 7km while in distance of 50km you can visit the Baths of Aridea and Nymfaio of Florina In Palios Agios Athanassios you will find traditional taverns, bars, clubs and also of ski equipment rental shops. The owner of the guesthouse, Mr Giorgos Tzikas, will lead you to special routes with 4x4 off road cars while you can take part in ski courses and also ride snowmobiles.
