The guesthouse GOUSIOU was built with respect for the tradition and the architecture of the area. Stone was used for its construction which covers the walls of the building and of the courtyard. Stone parterres decorate the courtyard where you can enjoy your drink and the clean air of the village. The wooden veneering on the verandas and on the frontage of the building harmonises the guesthouse with the natural environment.

The guesthouse GOUSIOU consists of 10 spacious rooms which can comfortably accommodate 2 to 5 persons. All the apartments offer bathroom, kitchen, central heating, refrigerator, television and a view of the mountains Marosa and Neraida. For the decoration of the rooms we used warm colours on the walls and the textiles, wooden artefacts and iron lights in order to make your stay pleasant and to create a traditional atmosphere. The lounge of the guesthouse is decorated with local timber and stone. Sit on the traditional sofas next to the burning fireplace and play table games with your friends. The space is decorated with old family furniture, that were renovated with respect for the tradition, big keys, glass decanters that became vases and grandmother’s weavings.

The guesthouse GOUSIOU is located in Neraidochori of Trikala, 59km away from the town of Trikala. The road is splendid year long. At a distance of 6km there is the ski resort Petrouliou. You can enjoy excursions to the fir forest, fish river trout, see the stone bridges, taps and hagiographies in the churches, enjoy canoe-kayak at the station of Aspropotamos and taste local delicacies.
